Zum vierten Mal in Folge übernimmt ein deutscher Brigadegeneral den Posten des ISAF-Sprechers – und das ist dem deutschen Verteidigungsministerium (wie auch in den Vorjahren) bislang keinen Satz wert. Nur durch einen zufälligen Blick auf die ISAF-Homepage wird klar, dass Heinz Josef Feldmann inzwischen als Nachfolger von Günter Katz das Amt angetreten hat und damit für die (afghanischen und internationalen, erstaunlicherweise kaum für die deutschen) Medien das Gesicht der ISAF-Führung in Kabul ist.
